Welcome to Freestyle. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Freestyle website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Freestyle ("Freestyle," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

By creating an account, accessing, or using Freestyle, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. If you are using Freestyle on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

Freestyle is a personal finance application that helps you track spending, set budgets, monitor goals, and connect financial accounts in order to view your finances in one place. Freestyle is a tool to help you organize and understand your own financial information — it does not provide investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice, and nothing in the Service should be treated as professional financial advice.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We'll do our best to let you know about significant changes, but we may not always be able to provide advance notice.

To use Freestyle, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Freestyle account. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

New accounts start with a free 14-day trial, giving you full access to Freestyle's features. After the trial ends, continued use of the Service requires an active paid subscription, billed at $6.99 per month or $69 per year, depending on the plan you select.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app — cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until then. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

We may change our subscription pricing from time to time. If we do, we'll provide advance notice before any change applies to your account.

Your financial data is yours. We do not sell your personal or financial information to anyone, we do not display ads in Freestyle, and we do not share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

We use trusted service providers solely to operate the Service — for example, to securely connect to your financial institutions or to host our infrastructure — and only to the extent necessary to provide Freestyle to you. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

You agree to use Freestyle only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information when creating or maintaining your account
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you manually enter into Freestyle, and for reviewing the data displayed in the app before relying on it for any decision.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that any data — including balances, transactions, or account information pulled from connected institutions — will always be accurate or up to date.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freestyle and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all cases, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Freestyle in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through the app or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
